When a pet is lost, we understand that taking care of the details can be overwhelming. Our goal is to keep our pricing structure simple, transparent, and fair. Listed below are all our options for cremation type, services, pick-up, and delivery options. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions.

Truly Private Cremation: Your pet is the only pet in the cremation unit and will be cremated (fire based) privately. Your pet's cremated remains (ashes) will be returned to you.

Semi-Private (aka Individual) Cremation: More than one pet will be cremated (fire based) at the same time using our Pet Passages^® stainless steel partitioning system to keep pet's separated from one another. Your pet's cremated remains (ashes) will be returned to you.

Basic (aka Batch) Cremation: Many pets will be cremated (fire based) in a group without partitions. No cremated remains (ashes) will be returned.

Please note: with the selection of Semi-Private or Private cremation we utilize our Secure Passages^TM pet identification and tracking system including the use of a unique numbered stainless-steel disc that is always with your pet. This is used in tandem with our state-of-the-art Pet Passages^® Software, providing you with real time information and status updates on your pet while your pet is in our care.

The "Basic" Package

Your pets ashes will be returned in a black velvet pouch embroidered with "Until We Meet Again at the Rainbow Bridge". Also includes a Paw and Nose Print and certificate of cremation.

Your pet's ashes will be returned in the Pet Passages^® "Remembrance Urn", a wood box that the Standard velvet pouch is placed in. Your pet's first name is engraved on top of the urn. Also includes a Paw and Nose Print, certificate of cremation and a "Blooming Heart of Remembrance" to plant in a special place where flowers will grow in memory of your pet.

Your pet's ashes will be returned in your choice of a Pet Passages® "Loving Portrait" wood photo urn that the standard velvet pouch is placed in. Your pet's first name is laser engraved on the urn. Also includes a Paw and Nose Print, certificate of cremation and a "Blooming Heart of Remembrance" to plant in a special place where flowers will grow in memory of your pet.
The urns allows you to display your favorite photo of your pet. Portrait not included.

The pendant can be used on a necklace, key chain or as a pocket token keeping your pet close to you always. Also includes a metal picture frame adorned with paw prints that you can place a favorite photo of your pet. Your pet's first name will be engraved on the urn, pendant and picture frame. This package also includes a Paw and Nose Print, certificate of cremation and a "Blooming Heart of Remembrance" to plant in a special place where flowers will grow in memory of your pet.

The Bunny Package

PLEASE NOTE: The bunny urn is available in only one size and is designed for a loved one with a weight of 45 lbs. or less before cremation.
