Rio was the most sweetest, loving and loyal chihuahua. He was only intended to be a foster dog but he became my support, companion and lifelong pal. Rio was my little Mudda Man. I could tell countless stories about his fun-loving, energetic and adorablely “aggressive” personality. Rio was a one-of-a-kind and our family will miss his presence and spirit dearly.
